Doug and Lona Leugers have worked in real estate since 2003. Today they help buyers and sellers throughout Southwest Florida, with a particular focus on Cape Coral, Fort Myers and waterfront real estate. Their experience combines real estate brokerage, property management, boating knowledge and decades of firsthand understanding of what makes living in this part of Florida unique.

Doug has spent more than two decades in real estate, including experience as a Broker, property manager, former real estate appraiser licensee and real estate trainer.
USCG Licensed Boat Captain
Doug is also a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain, giving waterfront buyers an additional perspective when evaluating canals, boating access and how a property works for the boat they own or plan to own.

Lona has known Southwest Florida and its boating lifestyle since childhood, bringing firsthand familiarity with the area that goes well beyond an online property search.

Doug has been involved in real estate since 2003 and has worked as a real estate Broker, property manager, trainer and coach. Over the course of his career, he has trained and coached more than 8,000 real estate professionals, including agents and teams operating at the highest levels of the industry.
His experience gives clients a broader perspective on pricing, negotiation, marketing, property evaluation and the mechanics of a real estate transaction.
As a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain, Doug also brings practical boating knowledge to waterfront searches throughout Cape Coral and Southwest Florida.

Lona has been involved in real estate alongside Doug since 2003 and brings her own deep connection to Southwest Florida.
Having spent part of her childhood in the area and experienced Southwest Florida's boating and waterfront lifestyle firsthand, Lona understands many of the reasons people fall in love with this part of Florida in the first place.
Her approach centers on helping buyers identify the community, property and lifestyle that fit their goals while helping sellers position their homes effectively in today's market.
