Someone who wishes to become a Real Estate Agent!! If you want to be a successful Real Estate Agent, we will teach you how!

Someone who expects a high salary. Instead, you should be someone who enjoys income without limits!
This position is a low base, with BIG incentives for setting up successful appointments.If you like to be in control of how much money you earn, and not be capped, this may be the position for you!
Outbound calling prospects.
Generating leads for our business
Follow up with leads and past clients
Update notes in CRM
Work closely with licensed Realtors to coordinate appointments
Attend sales meetings
Climb the ladder
This is a commission-only position. Pay is based on Buyer and Seller presentations completed
Must live in Southwest Florida and have transportation to our headquarters in Cape Coral
Previous phone prospecting or telemarketing experience
Strong internet connectivity
Good headset for prospecting
An understanding of the value of communication
Have the ability to persuade and guide clients to their own conclusions
This position is very lucrative for the right type of person. There is no top end to what you can earn! No Caps! No one can tell you when you made too much. It is a very small base pay + commission. The pay range for a successful Inside Sales Associate will be $75,000-$125,000+.
